Six services cover the full life of a team kit, from the first panel sketch on the fitting bench to the storefront that keeps supporters in season. Every service runs through the same armoury workflow so the design you approve is the fit you test and the delivery you unpack.
1. Custom Kit Design
A club strip begins as a written brief and ends as a full garment system. Our designers turn crests, colour stories, and heritage badges into a coherent kit with match shirts, warm-up layers, and travel wear that all read as one family.
We build a digital proof with every panel marked, every vent placed, and every print zone sized for the fabric. The club tests the build book against real training before we move to cloth, so the artwork is settled while it is still cheap to change.
2. Team Bulk Orders
A whole squad needs its kit at once, not in dribs and drabs. Our bulk line pools playing kit, goalkeeping gear, coaches, and support staff into one coordinated order with one master size list.
We confirm rosters and numbers up front, cut and press to that single list, then stage delivery so every box clears the bench in time for the season opener. One contact, one invoice, one padded van of finished kit.
3. Sublimation Printing
Dye moves into the fibre with sublimation, which means colour sits inside the mesh rather than glued on as an ink layer. Crests, numerals, and wide sponsor blocks stay bright and unbroken after repeated washes and hard contact.
Our platens hold garments flat under even heat, so a full-back graphic prints clean from seam to seam. This is the process we recommend for racing stripes and the detailed artwork that plain print simply cannot carry.
4. Fit Testing Sessions
The fit comes before the colour at this bench. We set up stations in your changing room and run every athlete through the size run, logging shoulders, length, and preferred cut as we go.
Each player leaves with a confirmed grade, and the club leaves with a data sheet that shapes the final run. That shared record cuts returns, trims waste, and hands every athlete a shirt that fits a body rather than a size chart average.
5. Fabric Sourcing
Fabric choice decides everything about how a shirt performs. We keep a working shelf of breathable match-day mesh, thermal fleece, and recovery knits, and we test each bolt for stretch, moisture pull, and wear before it earns a place.
When a squad trains in heat or cold beyond the stock range, our buyers hunt an uncommon cloth, run it through our bench, and approve it only when it holds up. The right fabric protects the athlete and the kit through a long season.
6. Club Storefronts
Supporters want to wear the badge they back, and a branded storefront lets them do it without flooding the club office with order forms. Members pick a size, add a name and number, and pay online in a few clicks.
Orders feed straight onto our press bench, get numbered and packed, and ship to the address on the ticket. The club keeps control of the design while the storefront keeps the stockroom clear all season.
